The results of our latest Patient Satisfaction Survery dated 19.2.08 will be available next week in the surgery reception. The overal Practice score was 72% which compares favourably with the National Average of 64% and was slightly higher than last years 69%. The three main areas of positive deviation from the National Benchmark were:
Waiting Time to be called by Doctor/Nurse: Increase of 22%
Able to see Practitioner of choice: Increase of 16%
Telephone access to the surgery: Increase 15%
There has been an increase of 10% in the satisfaction at being able to speak to a doctor on the telephone following the change of policy last year. Patients will therefore still have a choice of contacting a doctor three times daily. Patients can ring at 8.30am, receive a call back a 1 pm or ring at 3.15 pm.
