HOW DO I....

OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?

To request a repeat prescription you may telephone 571166 or call in to reception between 8.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that you have the exact details of the medication you require.
The prescription will be ready for collection 24 hours later. All patients on repeat medication are reviewed by the doctor regularly.

CHANGE MY DETAILS?

If you change your name, address or telephone number etc, please give full details to the receptionist, including the new postcode and telephone number.
