OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION? To request a repeat prescription you may telephone 571166 or call in
to reception between 8.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure
that you have the exact details of the medication you require. The prescription will be ready for collection 48 hours later. All patients
on repeat medication are reviewed by the doctor regularly. if you are asked to attend for review and fail to do so the doctor may discontinue your repeat medication. This is because the Practice is required to monitor long-term medication with appropriate tests and reviews to maintain safe prescribing. HOW
