Important Update: Changes to Repeat Prescription Requests

Dear Patients,

We wish to inform you that, starting in February, we will no longer accept repeat prescription requests over the phone, in line with an update to our telephone systems.

This change is being made to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of processing your medication needs.

Alternative ways you can request your repeat prescriptions are as follows:

• Online: Use our secure patient portal AskmyGP or either of the apps.

o NHS App https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/nhs-app-help-and-support/getting-started-with-the-nhs-app/ (a preferred method as it reads directly to the clinical system)

o Airmid App - https://airmidcares.co.uk/ (a preferred method as it reads directly to the clinical system)

o AskmyGP - https://my.askmygp.uk/?c=C83008

• In-Person: Use the prescription box to drop off your prescription request form at the surgery. Please ensure the medication you require is clearly ticked/documented, as not doing so may delay your medication's issuance.
