If you look after someone, letting your GP know you’re a carer can make a real difference. By registering, you’ll be added to the carers’ register – helping your GP understand your responsibilities and offer the right support.
This could mean:
✨ Help with managing prescriptions
✨ Access to the vaccinations you’re entitled to
✨ Extra support for your own health and wellbeing
It’s a simple step to make sure you’re looked after too. You can tell your GP in person, over the phone, or by using the Registering with your GP template.
