At the Welby Group, we’re committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care. This charter sets out what patients can expect from us—and what we ask of our patients in return, to ensure a safe and respectful healthcare environment.

What You Can Expect from Us

  1. Respect and Dignity – We will treat you with kindness, fairness, and respect at all times.
  2. Timely Access – We aim to offer access to appointments, tests, and referrals within reasonable timeframes.
  3. Confidentiality – Your personal health information is handled with strict privacy and professionalism.
  4. Clear Communication – We’ll explain your condition and options so you can make informed choices about your care.
  5. Safe, Effective Care – Our teams deliver evidence-based treatments in line with professional standards.
  6. A Voice – Your feedback and concerns matter to us, and we will listen and respond appropriately.

What We Ask from You

To help us help you, please:

  1. Treat Staff with Respect – We are here to support you. Please be respectful and courteous to our team and other patients.
  2. Attend Appointments – Let us know as soon as possible if you can’t attend so we can offer the slot to someone else.
  3. Be Honest and Accurate – Share relevant health details and medication use to help us treat you safely.
  4. Follow Your Care Plan – Take prescribed medication and attend follow-up appointments as advised.
  5. Order Prescriptions in Advance – You must request repeat medications with at least 72 hours’ notice.
Last-minute or same-day prescription requests may not be processed in time and will not be treated as urgent unless clinically necessary.
