We want to inform you about an important change regarding your care. For some time now, the funding we receive for providing dressing services has not covered the actual costs involved. Despite our best efforts to continue offering this service, it has become unsustainable for us to do so.
As a result, we, along with all local surgeries across South West Lincolnshire, have made the difficult decision to step away from providing dressing services other than leg ulcers from Oct 2024. We understand this may be concerning, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are actively working with the ICB to identify who will be taking over this service and expect to have more information within the next few weeks. We will keep you informed as soon as we have further details.
